We’re proud to work with many long term customers here at James Hart. Over the years we’ve seen many businesses grow and develop, we’ve met a lot of characters and, at the end of the day, it’s our customers who come back, year after year, that help us to grow and develop.
Joe Farrell is from Tipperary in Ireland and is self-employed running his own Haulage Company called Joe Farrell Haulage Ltd with the one truck only that is based in Manchester. He is often seen working on sites, motorways and roads carrying tarmac on his truck. Joe is also a big fan of watching hurling, a sport that is massive in Ireland and he loves to watch his beloved local team Tipperary, who he keeps a close eye on.
Joe has dealt with James Hart for over 30 years from around 1986, when he ran a fleet of trucks across the country.
When we asked Joe why he has dealt with James Hart for so long… here’s what he said
When Joe first dealt with us he felt from the first moment that he was dealing with good people and he also mentions how safe he felt leaving his truck here for repairs and trusted the workshop on any jobs needed doing.
He also mentioned how every single member of staff he has dealt with in the past are down to earth, humble and respectful. Joe also talked about how he loved that it was a family business, and has a very good friendship with the Hart family, including Jim Hart Snr who he still keeps in touch with.
